By placing an order with The Goblin Tinkerer, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products

We sell handmade and small-batch art prints, keychains, and pins. Each item is made or finished by hand, so minor variations in colour, texture, placement, hardware, or finish may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the products and are not considered faults unless they significantly differ from the listing description or photos.

Colours may appear slightly different on your screen due to monitor, phone, and lighting settings.

Orders and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be received in full before an order is made or shipped.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a listing error occurs, or payment cannot be verified. If this happens, you will be contacted and refunded where applicable.

Made-to-order and processing times

Unless marked “ready to ship,” items may be made to order. Please allow the processing time listed on each product page, usually 5-10 business days, before dispatch. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping

We ship within Australia and, where available, internationally.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Once an order is handed to the postal carrier, delivery delays, loss, or damage in transit are outside my control. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We am not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Returns and refunds

Change of mind: I do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect colour/style choice, or falling out of love with your chosen product. accc.gov

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is significantly different from its description, please contact us within days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on whether the issue is major or minor.

For a major fault, you may choose a refund or replacement.
For a minor fault, we may repair or replace the item.
Return shipping for a confirmed fault or incorrect item will be arranged or reimbursed where appropriate.

Custom and personalised items

Custom, personalised, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you changed your mind. If a custom item arrives faulty or does not match the agreed design, please contact us with evidence of your goods arriving faulty, and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, product photos, logos, and written content remain the intellectual property of The Goblin Tinkerer (Ryan Pfeiffer). Please do not copy, resell, reproduce, or use their artwork commercially without written permission in any matter, medium, or any other regard.

Purchasing a print, keychain, pin or any other product/s does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Product care

Prints: Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, and sharp objects. Frame or store flat where possible. Fingerprints may be left after excessive handling.
Keychains: Avoid excessive force, water exposure, and prolonged contact with perfumes or chemicals.
Pins: Secure carefully to fabric; keep away from small children due to sharp points and small parts.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Goblin Tinkerer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
