Permitted use

You may purchase and personally enjoy my products. You may also share photos of purchased items on personal social media, provided you credit The Goblin Tinkerer / @thegoblintinkererofficial where reasonably possible.

Not permitted without written permission

Unless you have my prior written permission, you must not:

Copy, reproduce, reprint, resell, or redistribute my artwork or designs
Use my artwork for merchandise, stickers, apparel, tattoos, logos, branding, or commercial purposes
Edit, alter, crop, trace, overlay, or create derivative works from my artwork
Remove, obscure, or alter watermarks, signatures, credits, or copyright notices
Use my artwork, product photos, or written content for advertising, promotional material, or commercial accounts
Upload, scrape, crawl, index, download in bulk, or otherwise collect my works for use in datasets, databases, archives, or machine-learning systems

Artificial intelligence and machine learning

We do not consent to any artwork, designs, photographs, text, product listings, or any other content being used to train, fine-tune, evaluate, improve, or develop artificial intelligence, machine-learning, generative-AI, or data-mining systems.

This includes, without limitation, scraping, automated collection, dataset inclusion, model training, prompt-based reproduction, style imitation for commercial AI outputs, or any other use of my works by AI developers, platforms, data brokers, or automated systems.

No licence, consent, or permission is granted for these purposes. Any use of our works for AI training or related data collection without my express written permission is unauthorised. Under Australian copyright law, reproducing copyright material without the copyright owner’s permission may infringe copyright, subject only to limited statutory exceptions. legislation.gov.au

Trademarks and business identity

The name The Goblin Tinkerer, logo, tagline, and associated branding are protected by their use in trade and remain the property of Ryan Pfeiffer. They may not be used to imply endorsement, partnership, affiliation, or sponsorship without written permission.

Any similarity between the name The Goblin Tinkerer and the character Goblin Tinkerer from the video game Terraria is purely coincidental. I do not claim ownership of Terraria, Re-Logic, or any related characters, artwork, logos, names, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

All Terraria names, characters, artwork, and related intellectual property are the property of Re-Logic, Inc. Any reference to Terraria or Goblin Tinkerer on this page is made solely for identification or descriptive purposes and does not imply endorsement, partnership, affiliation, or approval by Re-Logic.

My prints, keychains, pins, artwork, designs, and other products are original creations by The Goblin Tinkerer and are not official Terraria merchandise.

For the avoidance of doubt:

We are not Re-Logic, Inc.
We are not authorised to sell official Terraria merchandise.
We do not use, reproduce, or sell Terraria game assets, sprites, logos, or copyrighted artwork.
Any resemblance in name alone is unintentional and does not indicate a connection to the game or its creators.

Important practical note

This disclaimer helps prevent confusion, but it does not give you permission to use Terraria’s characters, sprites, logos, game art, or other protected material in products you sell.
