Processing time

Processing time is the time it takes us to make, quality-check, and package your order before it is handed to the postal service. It is separate from delivery time.

Unless a product listing states otherwise, please allow [3–10 business days] for processing.

Some orders may take longer, especially during:

Busy periods, sales, or new product drops
Market preparation
Public holidays
Periods of illness, study, work, or personal commitments
Larger or custom orders

If there is a significant delay, we will do our best to update you using the contact details provided with your order.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Once your order has been posted, we will send confirmation where available, which may include a tracking number depending on the shipping option selected.

Once an order has been handed to Australia Post or another carrier, we cannot control delays, lost parcels, or damage caused during transit.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. Where available, you may choose a tracked shipping option for extra security.

We recommend choosing tracked shipping for orders containing multiple items, fragile prints, or higher-value purchases.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can resend it once the correct address is provided and any additional postage has been paid.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your parcel appears lost, please contact us at thegoblintinkererofficial@gmail.com with your order number. We will help you lodge an enquiry with the carrier where possible.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within [7 days] of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you on a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate under Australian Consumer Law.

Combining orders

If you place multiple orders close together and would like them shipped together, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to combine them and refund excess postage where practical, but this cannot always be guaranteed once an order has been packed or posted.

A note on handmade orders

Because we are a small side-hustle business, we appreciate your patience. We aim to make and send every order as carefully and quickly as we can, but handmade production and packaging can take longer than mass-produced items. Choosing our shop means supporting slow, small-batch making.
